"Toby has been with quite a few dog walkers over the years but no one has quite measured up to Emily. She spoils Toby like he is her own dog and looks after him like the rock star he thinks he is. Whenever she has been concerned about him she has immediately got in touch with us We get daily photos and updates that clearly show what an amazing time he is having.
He goes out for an hour every day on group walks come rain or shine. Emily has definitely been helping him with his recall because he is so much better on walks for us now.
Toby has medical needs and I was reluctant to leave him with someone new however Emily put my mind at ease through her 1:1 meeting and paperwork. She probably knows more about his needs than I do now
Emily goes above and beyond to look after her furry friends and if we have ever been stuck she will do everything she can to help us out.

"Emily and Jasper have done wonders for Rox as we wanted her to be socialised with other dogs, she has calmed down no end… unless Emily has driven on to the street then she is crazy until she is in the van ready for her walk. Rox goes twice a week although sometimes I will message and easily arrange an extra one, Emily is very responsive to messages. Honestly, the videos and photos I get sent or tagged in make my day. 1000000% recommend Tails&Trails"

"After recently moving to Carlisle I was worried about leaving my pets with a pet sitter as I didn’t know anyone locally. So I was extremely pleased meeting Emily. Emily has put my mind at rest whilst I have been away, she put the in the time beforehand to get to know them all. Emily is confident and able to walk my dogs safely (she listened to all their ‘weird’ needs and adapted to their personality quirks without any complaints or issues). I highly recommend Emily to pet/house sit. I received regular updates and pictures whilst I was away, which put my mind at rest. She obviously loves animals and they have an instant draw to her also. Proper doggy person, even let them sleep on the bed with her as they usually would with me. Wonderful I have booked her again…. 10 out of 10 ….Thank you Emily"

"We absolutely cannot recommend Emily highly enough! Every single thing about her Wedding Chaperone/Slumber Pawty service was perfect. From the meet and greet walk, her attentiveness to Kali’s needs, the walks and playtimes, the photo/video updates that kept our minds at ease, right through to the incredible handling (of a very excitable Labrador) on the big day!
We could see with absolute certainty that Kali had the best time over her couple of days with Emily (to the point where she pined for her on the days afterwards), and we had no shred of doubt or worry for our most precious concern.
Going into the wedding day, we were initially worried about muddy paws on a white wedding dress and beige suits, but not only did Emily keep our Lab miraculously clean after river walks etc., but she also has an uncanny ability to captivate dogs, keeping them reigned in when needed, and free to socialise, at just the right times.
As an added bonus, Emily is fantastic at somehow capturing beautiful moments on camera, amongst doing all of the above. This gave us an insight to some little gems, which we’d have otherwise missed whilst getting our own photography done!
