• All dogs must, by law, be microchipped and wear a visible ID tag on their collar. Please ensure your contact details are up to date — in the rare event that your dog becomes lost, you will be notified immediately.

• Dogs will only be walked off-lead with written consent from the owner and only in safe, appropriate areas where I’m confident they can enjoy freedom without risk.

• Dogs travel securely in fitted crates within my van, with access to fresh water and regular checks to ensure their comfort and safety.

• I am fully insured with professional pet business insurance for your peace of mind.

Before your dog joins Tails & Trails, I’ll provide full enrolment paperwork to ensure I have all the information I need to deliver safe, personalised care. This includes:
